I am the face behind Triangle Safety Consulting LLC (TSC)! As our CEO and Principal Consultant, I ensure businesses have the tools they need to stay in compliance with OSHA regulations, reduce risk, and minimize injuries. Our goal at TSC is to decrease injuries and illnesses by conducting effective safety training, and performing detailed safety audits and inspections. We also provide on-site support to help your safety team with their To-Do List!
How it all began:
I have over ten years of experience in Safety and Industrial Hygiene in manufacturing facilities. I started my career as an industrial hygienist, then transitioned to an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist for a large manufacturing facility. I was then promoted to Corporate Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager for a corporation of 15,000 employees. In addition to being a CSP, I am a Certified Safety Director (CSD).
I won 1st Place in the J.J. Keller Safety Professional of The Year (SPOTY) Award in 2020 and was the 2022 Young Professional Safety Excellence Award Runner-Up from EHS Daily Advisor. I volunteer as the Communications Chair of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Piedmont Chapter, and have been volunteering since 2018.
My story:
My dad spent 40 years as a blue-collar worker - decades of early mornings, long shifts, and hard, honest labor. He was fortunate to work for a company that took safety and health seriously. Because of that commitment, he retired in October 2023 injury and illness-free. Now he’s soaking up retirement with the kind of quality of life every worker hopes for.
That matters to me - not just as his child, but as a safety professional. At TSC, we carry that same mission forward. Our work is driven by the belief that every worker deserves to go home safe and healthy - every day - until the day they retire.
We help make that possible through engaging, meaningful safety training and by conducting detailed audits, inspections, and assessments. Because for us, it's personal. Behind every written safety program, every safety inspection, every toolbox talk - there’s someone’s parent, someone’s future, someone’s life on the line.

Abrasive Grinder Ring Test - Have you ever witnessed it without asking for it to be done?

The Importance of Machine Guarding
Proper machine guarding is one of the most effective ways to prevent serious workplace injuries.
